We can offer several proven methods for refurbishing gas and water lines in the installation field. We have been using these techniques for many years.
The work can be done in two different ways. The interior of pipelines can be coated. Or thread connections can be sealed with expanding agents, without reducing the inner diameter of the lines.
Pipeline networks are coated on the inside if the network is already damaged by corrosion and incrustations - and if the strict criteria of drinking water regulations are applicable.
In the field of gas installations, old line systems frequently leak because the sealing materials have dried out. The interior diameter of the lines must not be reduced; at the same time, they must be totally leak-proof. In recent decades, we have developed a refurbishing system which allows us to regenerate large networks with our expanding agents.
With our systems, our main concern is to avoid annoying neighbors with demolition work, to make expensive service work unnecessary, and to avoid long service stoppages.
